With over forty-five years of combined experience in real estate and construction, our founders recognized a gap in the market. Eleven years ago, Christie entered the real estate industry with a vision: to help people find homes that truly fit their lives. Over the same period, Sean brought thirty-five years of construction and residential expertise to every project he touched. Their paths converged around a shared frustration.
They watched corporate clients—traveling executives, relocating families, and insurance displacement clients—cycle through impersonal, poorly maintained corporate housing. They saw property owners reluctant to rent to corporate tenants because of management concerns. And they saw an opportunity.
